Conference Venue

1040 Parkway is the official hotel for our conferences.  All lodging scheduled through our offices will be placed in a Smoky Mountain Resorts hotel starting at the Ramada Inn.  

  • All rooms have 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom 
  • Some rooms can sleep more than 4 if requested 
  • 3 meals are included in your price. 2 breakfast and lunch on Saturday
  • A non-refundable registration fee GUARANTEES space for your entire group size.  This DEPOSIT is DUE when you register your group to attend. 
  • Your groups balance, minus your $200 deposit, is due no later than January 10th.
  • Hotel assignments will be based on the order in which we receive each groups registration.

Since 2001 MELTDOWN has been held in the Ramada Inn Convention Center.  Located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, TN.  This 850 seat auditorium offers ideal, intimate setting for our ministry.  Be Real Ministries appreciates the ministry partnership we have built with Smoky Mountain Resorts over the past 20 years.

  • The Conference Fee is $119 per person for 4 in a room for Hotel and Conference 
  • Conference Fee only is $69.00, includes lunch on Saturday 
  • Deduct $10.00 per person as an early bird discount when your entire balance is paid by November 1st.
